WHAT DOES AN ESA LETTER ENTAIL?

An Evaluation and a Letter

You will budget around two hours to meet with us in-person or over telehealth. Your provider will facilitate several screens and a clinical interview to determine your diagnosis and level of need. You will then receive a signed letter electronically on agency letterhead within 2-5 days. Cost: $400.
